FED ER AL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YO R K CHANGES IN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES Second Supplement to Pamphlet Dated February 1996 A To All Member Banks, and Others Concerned, in the Second Federal Reserve District: Notice is hereby given of the following changes in the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as set forth in this Bank’s pamphlet entitled “Authorized Signatures,” dated February 1996: New Signing Authority J oseph S. T racy has been appointed an officer of the Bank with the title of Research Officer. Accordingly, his name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of the Bank. Accordingly, her name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of the Bank. y J ohn R. D earie, Bank Supervision Officer, whose facsimile signature appears in the First Supplement to the signature pamphlet, has resigned from the Bank.
