CHANGES IN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES
Second Supplement to Pamphlet Dated June 1995

To All Member Banks, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Notice is hereby given of the following changes in the list of officers
authorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as set
forth in this Bank’s pamphlet entitled “Authorized Signatures,” dated June 1995:

R e m o v a l o f S ig n in g A u th o ritie s
C arol W. B arrett, Senior Vice President and Wholesale Product Manager,
whose facsimile signature appears on page 6 of the signature pamphlet, has resigned
from the Bank. Accordingly, her name should be removed from the list of officers
authorized to sign on behalf of the Bank.
David L. F anger, Assistant Vice President, whose facsimile signature appeals
on page 10 of the signature pamphlet, has resigned from the Bank. Accordingly, his
name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of the
Bank.
Gary Haberman, Adviser, whose facsimile signature appeals on page 10 of the
signature pamphlet, has resigned horn the Bank. Accordingly, his name should be
removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of the Bank.

Dara Hunt, formerly Vice President, has been appointed Senior Vice President
