CHANGES IN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES
Second Supplement to Pamphlet Dated March 1993
To All Member Banks, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of officers authorized to sign
on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as set forth in this Bank’s pamphlet entitled
“Authorized Signatures,” dated March 1993:

Deletions
D avid L. Roberts, Vice President, whose facsimile signature appears on page 6 o f the pamphlet,
has resigned from the Bank. Accordingly, his name should be removed from the list o f officers authorized
to sign on behalf o f the Bank.
B ruce Kasman, Research Officer and Senior Economist, International Research Department,
whose facsimile signature appears on page 11 o f the pamphlet, has resigned from the Bank. Accordingly,
his name should be removed from the list o f officers authorized to sign on behalf o f the Bank.

Additions
Howard J. Howe has been appointed an officer o f the Bank with the title o f Research Officer and
Senior Economist, and has been assigned to the International Research Department. A facsimile o f his
signature follows:

Eli M. Remolona has been appointed an officer o f the Bank with the title o f Research Officer
and Senior Economist, and has been assigned to the International Finance Department. A facsimile o f

Kausar Hamdani, formerly Research Officer and Senior Economist, Financial Research
Department, has been designated Examining Officer and assigned to the Far Eastern Examinations

William J. Milusich, Manager, Far Eastern Examinations Department, has been assigned to the
International Examinations Department. A facsimile o f his signature appears on page 12 o f the pamphlet.
A lbert J. Rubbo, formerly Examining Officer, has been designated Manager, Domestic Banking
