CHANGES IN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES
Second Supplement to Pamphlet dated February 1990

To All Member Banks, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of officers
authorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as set forth
in this Bank’s pamphlet entitled “Authorized Signatures,” dated February 1990:
Deletions
F r e d e r ic k C . S c h a d r a c k , Executive Vice President, whose facsimile signature
appears on page 3 of the pamphlet, will retire effective April 1, 1991. Accordingly,
on that date, his name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign
on behalf of the Bank.
H o w a r d F. C r u m b , Senior Bank Services Officer, whose facsimile signature ap­
pears on page 7 of the pamphlet, will retire effective May 1, 1991. Accordingly, on
that date, his name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on
behalf of the Bank.

Additions
M a r y S u e F is h e r has been appointed an officer of the Bank with the title of
Legal Adviser, and has been assigned to the Legal Department. A facsimile of her
signature follows:

T h o m a s M. H e f f e r n a n has been appointed an officer of the Bank with the title

of Foreign Exchange Trading Officer, and has been assigned to the Foreign Exchange
Department. A facsimile of his signature follows:

E d w a r d J. C h u r n e y , Manager, formerly assigned to the Paying and Receiving
Department, has been assigned to the Currency Verification Department. A facsimile
of his signature appears on page 9 of the pamphlet.

partment, has been assigned to the Paying and Receiving Department. A facsimile
of her signature appears on page 13 of the pamphlet.
