CHANGES IN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES
First Supplement to Pamphlet dated February 1990

To All Member Banks, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of officers
authorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as set forth
in this B ank’s pam phlet entitled “A uthorized Signatures,” dated February 1990:

Deletions
M a r k E. L e v o n i a n , Manager, Banking Studies Department, whose facsimile
signature appears on page 11 of the pamphlet, has resigned from the Bank. Accord­
ingly, his name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf
of the Bank.
M i c h a e l J. P a u l u s , Foreign Exchange Trading Officer, whose facsimile signa­
ture appears on page 12 of the pamphlet, has resigned from the Bank. Accordingly,
his name should be removed from the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of
the Bank.

Addition
S t e v e n M a l in has been appointed an officer of the Bank with the title of Man­
ager, and has been assigned to the Public Information Department. A facsimile of his
signature follows:

Revisions
P a u l B . B e n n e t t , formerly Vice President and Economic Adviser, has been
designated Vice President and Assistant Director of Research. A facsimile of his sig­
nature appears on page 5 of the pamphlet.
E d w a r d J . F r y d l , formerly Vice President and Assistant Director of Research,
has been designated Vice President and Economic Adviser. A facsimile of his signature
appears on page 5 of the pamphlet.
