FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF MEW YORK July 6, 1987 CHANGES IN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES Third Supplement to Pamphlet dated January 1987 To All Member Banks, and Others Concerned, in the Second Federal Reserve District: Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of officers authorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as set forth in this Bank’s pamphlet entitled “Authorized Signatures,” dated January 1987: C harles E. R ockey , Manager, formerly assigned to the Paying and Receiving Department, and whose facsimile signature appears on page 15 o f the pamphlet, has been assigned to the Currency Verification Department. The list of officers authorized to sign on behalf o f the Bank should be amended accordingly. M ichael L. Z immerman has been appointed an officer o f the Bank with the title of Manager, and has been assigned to the Paying and Receiving Department.
