in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of officers au­
thorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as set forth in
this Bank’s pamphlet entitled “Authorized Signatures,” dated January 1985.

partment, has been assigned to the Building Services Department.
G e r a l d P. M i n e h a n , formerly Manager, Foreign Banking Applications Depart­
ment, has been appointed Assistant Chief Examiner.
Ja s o n M. S t e r n , Manager, formerly assigned to the Records, Printing, and
Equipment Services Department, has been assigned to the Administrative Support
Services Department.
R u t h A n n T y l e r , Manager, formerly assigned to the Service Department, has
been assigned to the Food and Office Services Department.

Accordingly, the list of Managers and Officers of Equivalent Rank authorized to sign
on behalf of the Bank should be amended to reflect the above changes.
