Notice is hereby given o f the changes indicated below in the list o f
persons authorized to sign on behalf o f the Federal Reserve Bank o f New
Y o rk , as contained in our Operating Circular N o . 1, Revised February 1,
1978, herein referred to as the signature circular, and the First, Second,
and Third Supplements thereto, dated March 1, April 24, and June 20,
1978, respectively.

OFFICERS
ROBERT E . LLOYD, JR., Vice President, whose facsimile signature ap­
pears on page 6 o f the signature circular, has resigned from the Bank.
Accordingly, his name should be removed from the list o f persons au­
thorized to sign on behalf o f the Bank.
PETER R. SKORPiL, Foreign Exchange O fficer, whose facsimile signa­

Bank. Accordingly, his name should be removed from the list o f persons
