Notice is hereby given o f the change indicated below in the list o f officers
authorized to sign on behalf o f the Federal Reserve Bank of New Y ork, as set forth
in this B ank’s pam phlet entitled “Authorized Signatures,” dated N ovem ber 1987:

C hief Exam iner, and has been assigned to the Dom estic B anking D epartm ent. A
