Dr. Brademas, who is President of New York University, New York, N. Y . , has been serving as a class C director, and as Chairman and Federal Reserve Agent, since January 1983. The Board of Governors has reappointed C lifto n R. W h a rto n , J r . Deputy Chairman for the year 1986. Dr. Wharton, who is Chancellor of the State University of New York System, Albany, N .Y ., has been serving as a class C director since January 1983, and as Deputy Chairman since January 1985. J ane D ic km a n , a partner in the accounting frim of Touche Ross & C o., Buffalo, N. Y . , who has been a director of the Branch since January 1977 and Chairman of the Branch Board since January 1983. The Board of Governors has also appointed M a tth ew A u g u stin e a director of the Buffalo Branch for the unexpired portion of a term ending December 31, 1986. Mr. Augustine is President and Chief Executive Officer of Eltrex Industries, Inc., Rochester, N .Y. On the Branch Board, he succeeds L aval S. W il so n , Former Superintendent of the Rochester City School District, Rochester, N. Y . , who served as a director of the Branch from January 1984 until his resignation in September 1985.
