Changes in Authorized Signatures

Notice is hereby given of the changes indicated below in the list of persons
authorized to sign on behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as contained
in our Circular No. 984, dated June 1, 1930.
GEORGE W. FERGUSON, formerly Chief in the Auditing Department, has been
appointed Assistant General Auditor. His name is now included in the list, on page 2
of the circular, of persons authorized to sign correspondence and reconcilements in
connection with the work of the Auditing Department, and he continues to have such
authority.
