FEDERAL RESERVE ESAM tC OF MEW YORK [ Circular No. 9838 " 1 April 16, 1985 Presentment of Checks and Other Cash Items To Ohio Depository Institutions To All Depository Institutions, and Others Concerned, in the Second Federal Reserve District: In our Circular No. 9818, dated March 20, 1985, we advised you of the names, locations, and routing numbers of the Ohio depository institutions that had been closed as a result of the March 15, 1985 proclamation of the Governor of Ohio. As we further advised you in subsequent circulars, (a) all of these institutions have resumed accepting ACH debit and credit items, and (b) the presentment of checks and other cash items has been resumed to many of those institutions. For your convenience, printed on the following pages is an updated list of Ohio deposi tory institutions to which presentment of checks and other cash items cannot yet be made, together with a list of Ohio institutions to which such presentment has been resumed. This circular supersedes our Circulars Nos. 9818, 9819, 9820, 9821, 9823, 9824, 9825, 9831, 9832, 9833, 9835, and 9837. In addition, it reflects the reopening of Miami Valley Building & Loan Assoc. (Routing No. 2422-7209-4), Home Building & Loan Com pany (Routing No. 2423-7195-3), Buckeye Building & Loan Company (Routing No. 2442-7107-7), and Gallipolis Savings & Loan Company (Routing No. 2442-7108-0).
