Dr. Brademas, who is Presi dent of New York University, New York, N .Y ., has been serving as a class C director, and as Chair man and Federal Reserve Agent, since January 1983. The Board of Governors has appointed C lifton R. W harton , Jr . Deputy Chairman for the year 1985. Dr. Wharton, who is Chancellor of the State University of New York System, Albany, N. Y ., has been serving as a class C director since January 1983. As Deputy Chairman, he succeeds G ertrude G. M ichelson , Senior Vice President, R.H. Macy & Co., Inc., New York, N .Y ., whose terms as Deputy Chairman and as a class C director expire December 31, 1984; Mrs. Michelson has been serving as a class C director since February 1978 and as Deputy Chairman since January 1983. The Board of Governors has appointed V irginia A. Dwyer a class C director of this Bank for the three-year term beginning January 1, 1985. Miss Dwyer, who is Senior Vice President-Finance at American Telephone and Telegraph C o., New York, N. Y ., succeeds Mrs. Michelson as a class C director. Buffalo Branch directors The Board of Directors of this Bank has redesignated M. J ane D ickman Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Buffalo Branch of this Bank for the year 1985. Miss Dickman, who is a partner in the accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co., Buffalo, N .Y ., has been a director of the Branch since January 1977 and Chairman of the Branch Board since January 1983. The Board of this Bank has appointed Ross B. K enzie a director of the Buffalo Branch for a three-year term beginning January 1, 1985. Mr. Kenzie is Chairman of the Board of Goldome, Buffalo, N. Y. On the Branch Board, he succeeds Edward W. D uffy , Chairman of the Executive Committee, Marine Midland Banks, Inc., Buffalo, N .Y ., who has been a director of the Branch since January 1982. The Board of Governors has appointed Joseph Y antomasi a director of the Buffalo Branch for a three-year term beginning January 1, 1985. Mr. Yantomasi is Western New York Area Director, United Auto Workers, Buffalo, N.Y. On the Branch Board, he succeeds G eorge L.
