To All Depository Institutions, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Beginning in 1985, all offices of this Bank will be open on Election Day. The holiday schedule
in our Circular No. 9702, dated July 17, 1984, has been revised to read as follows:

In New Jersey, Martin Luther King’s Birthday will be observed on January 15, 1985, and this
Bank’s Cranford Office (North Jersey Regional Check Processing Center) will be closed on that day
(instead of January 21); information regarding the procedures to be followed on January 21 by
depository institutions in New Jersey will be issued at a future date. The Cranford Office will also be
closed on Good Friday, April 5, 1984, and on the other holidays indicated above.
