COLLECTION OF NONCASH ITEMS
Transfer of Buffalo Branch Operations to Head Office
To All Depository Institutions in the Second
Federal Reserve District, and Others Concerned:

Effective January 26, 1984, this B an k ’s Buffalo Branch will discontinue the
handling for collection o f m aturing corporate and m unicipal coupons and bonds and
b ankers’ acceptances. Thereafter, all depository institutions in this D istrict,
including those in the Buffalo B ranch territory, should present such item s to the
Coupon D ivision (m unicipal and corporate coupons) or the Safekeeping Division
(municipal bonds and bankers’ acceptances) at this B an k ’s H ead Office for collec­
tion. O perating C ircular No. 6 is in the process of being revised to reflect this
operational change.

item s deposited w ith us should be directed to the follow ing persons at the Head
