B e r k e l e y as Chairman of the Board of this Bank’s Buffalo Branch for the year 1982. Mr. Berkeley, who is Chairman of the Board and President of Graham Manufacturing C o ., Inc., Batavia, N. Y ., has been a director of the Branch since February 1977 and has been serving as Chairman of the Branch Board since January 1979. In addition, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has reappointed G e o r g e L. W e ssel a director of the Buffalo Branch for a three-year term beginning January 1, 1982.
