Member of Federal Advisory Council
To the Member Banks of the
Second Federal Reserve District:

The Board of Directors of this Bank has selected Donald C. P latten,
Chairman of the Board, Chemical Bank, New York, N.Y., to serve during the
year 1982 as the member of the Federal Advisory Council from the Second
Federal Reserve District. Mr. Platten has been serving in this capacity during
1980 and 1981.
