Second Federal Reserve District:

At its meeting yesterday the board of directors of this bank designated WILLIAM C. POTTER, president of the Guaranty Trust Company
of New York, to serve as a member of the Federal Advisory Council
from the Second Federal Reserve District for the year 1929 to succeed
JAMES S. ALEXANDER, chairman of the National Bank of Commerce in
New York, whose term expired on December 31, 1928.
