Return to Standard Time
To all Banks, Trust Companies, Savings Banks, and
Bankers in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Beginning on Monday, October 1, 1928, this bank and its Buffalo Branch will
open and close for business in accordance with standard time which becomes effective in New York City and in the City of Buffalo by the retarding of one hour at
2 a. m. on Sunday, September 30, 1928.
Clearings at the New York Clearing House will take place at 10 a. m., and at the
Buffalo Clearing House at 10 a. m. on week days and 9:30 a. m. on Saturdays.
