in the Second Federal Reserve D istrict:

The Secretary of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has informed us
that Banco Obrero de Ahorro y Prestamos de Puerto Rico, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, was
closed on Wednesday, February 21, 1979.
Under the provisions of Subpart A of Regulation J of the Board of Governors of the
Federal Reserve System (12 C.F.R. Part 210), we will charge back items included in our
cash letters to that bank (whose ABA routing number is 0215-0210-5) for which we have not
received payment in actually and finally collected funds. We will also charge back and
return items received by us that are not presented to that bank on account of its closing.
