To the Member Banks o f the Second Federal Reserve District:

The Board o f Directors o f this Bank has designated F r e d e r i c k
D. B e r k e l e y as Chairman o f the Board o f this Bank’s Buffalo
Branch for the year 1979. Mr. Berkeley, who is Chairman o f the
Board and President o f Graham M anufacturing Co., Inc., Batavia,
N .Y., has been a director o f the Branch since February 1977.
The Board o f this Bank has reappointed R o b e r t J. D o n o u g h a
director o f the Buffalo Branch for a three-year term beginning
January 1, 1979. Mr. D onough, who is President o f Liberty National
Bank and Trust Com pany, Buffalo, N .Y., has been serving as a
director o f the Branch since September 1978 for the unexpired
portion o f a term ending D ecem ber 31, 1978.
The Board o f Governors o f the Federal Reserve System has
appointed J o h n R o l l in s B u r w e l l a director o f the Buffalo Branch
for the unexpired portion o f a three-year term ending D ecem ber 31,
1980.
