REQUESTS FOR CIRCULARS AND CERTAIN
OTHER PRINTED MATERIAL
To A ll Member Banks . and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve D istrict

Effective immediately, this Bank has adopted new procedures regarding requests for certain
printed matter and for making m ailing list changes.
Requests for sets of regulations and operating circulars

Except for member banks of the Federal Reserve System, a $2 handling charge will be imposed on
requests for complete, unbound sets of Regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve
System and for complete, unbound sets of this Bank’s Operating Circulars. Unbound sets of these
documents will continue to be supplied without charge to member banks.
Bound sets of regulations and operating circulars—available only to member banks—will be
distributed at a charge of $5 and $6, respectively. The price of “Published Interpretations of the Board of
Governors,” a publication available to the general public, is now $7.50.
All requests for these materials should be made in writing or in person to the Circulars Division of
this Bank. Where a charge is imposed, such requests should be accompanied by a check for the
appropriate amount. As is our usual practice, the names of those who receive these publications will be
placed on a m ailing list for updates to the materials.
Requests for other printed matter

Single copies of Bank circulars, Board of Governors’ regulations, and certain other printed
materials will continue to be provided free of charge. However, the Bank reserves the right to impose a
service charge on any bulk orders, to help defray the costs associated with filling such requests.
Requests for m ailing list changes

To help eliminate errors in making mailing list changes, all requests for additions to mailing lists
for Bank circulars, Treasury offerings, regulations, or other material distributed by the Circulars
Division must be made in writing or in person. Telephone requestsfor additions to such lists will no longer

specify the types of materials you wish to receive.
