Circular No. 777 of March 28, 1927, containing facsimile signatures of those
authorized to sign on behalf of this bank as modified by circular No. 785 of May
19, 1927, is further modified in the following respect:
H. DILLISTIN, vice-president of the Peoples Bank & Trust Company of
Passaic and formerly an Assistant Federal Eeserve Agent of this bank, has been
reappointed an Assistant Federal Reserve Agent effective October 1, 1927, and will
