serve during the year 1977 as the member of the Federal Advisory
Council from the Second Federal Reserve District, He will succeed
E l l m o r e C. P a t t e r s o n , Chairman of the Board of Morgan Guaranty
Trust Company of New York, New York, N.Y., who has been this
District’s member of the Council during 1975 and 1976.
