Accordingly, cash items and noncash items that are payable by, at, or through banks in these areas and that would otherwise be presented by this Bank on that day will be presented on the next business day, March 3 1 , 1975* closed on March 27 , 2 8 , and 31. Banks located in the Virgin Islands will be Items drawn on Virgin Islands banks that would otherwise be presented on those days will be presented on the next business day, April 1 , 1975* Corresponding delays will also occur in the return of unpaid items and in the forwarding of advices of nonpayment of such items."
