FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK T Circular No. 720, April 13, 19261 Beference to Circulars 672 and 673 J Check Department Collection of Checks Transfer of Territory to Tenth from Eleventh Federal Reserve District To All Member Banks in the Second Federal Reserve District: The Federal Reserve Board has issued a formal order directing the transfer of Bernalillo and Valencia Counties, New Mexico, from the Eleventh to the Tenth Federal Reserve District, effective April 15, 1926. Albuquerque and Belen, respectively, are the only banking towns in the counties transferred, and at the present time all of the four banking institutions in these places are on the par list. They are: In Albuquerque In Belen Albuquerque National Bank First National Bank First Savings Bank & Trust Company (nonmember) First National Bank Member banks sending items for collection direct should therefore route them through the Denver Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in the Tenth District, for our account, in accordance with the provisions of our collection circulars Nos. 672 and 673, instead of through the El Paso Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in the Eleventh District, as heretofore.
