in the Second Federal Reserve District :

Our circular No. 709 of January 1, 1926, containing facsimile signatures of those authorized to sign on behalf of this bank is modified in the following respects:
ALBERT H. VAN SAUN, who was authorized to sign for the bank as a holder of procuration,
and also to sign correspondence for L. H. HENDRICKS, Controller, Fiscal Agency Function, has
resigned, and his authority to sign on behalf of or to act for this bank has expired.
