Herewith we hand you facsimile signatures of those authorized to sign on behalf
of this bank.
Your attention is called to the hereinafter stated limitations upon the power to
sign for the bank and its Buffalo Branch.
All checks or drafts payable in foreign countries, and all foreign correspondence
involving payments or transfers of funds, or deliveries of securities, must bear two
authorized signatures, one of which shall be that of the Governor, a deputy governor,
or a controller.
All instruments and correspondence in connection with the transaction of

Company Addressed:

We take pleasure in sending to you herewith a copy of our new official signature
circular effective today.
The following officers of the bank are resigning:
GILBERT E. CHAPIN, formerly Controller of Loans, has resigned to accept the
office of vice president of the Bank of America, and his authority to sign on behalf
of or to act for this bank has expired.
JOSEPH L. MORRIS, formerly Manager, Credit and Discount Department, has resigned to accept the office of vice president of the Manufacturers Trust Company,
and his authority to sign on behalf of or to act for this bank has expired.
GEORGE B. ROBERTS, Manager, Reports Department, has resigned to accept the
office of statistician of the National City Bank. His resignation will take effect
February 1, 1926, and his authority to sign on behalf of or to act for this bank will
expire on January 31, 1926.

These resignations have resulted in the following transfers:
RAY M. GIDNEY, formerly Controller at Large, has been appointed Controller of
Loans. Mr. Gidney, in addition to his duties as Controller of Loans, will continue
for the present in charge of the Bank Examinations Department.
