Clarke, Vice President and Special Legal A dviser at the Federal R eserve Bank of New York, to conduct its hearing beginning February 10 on whether courier and armored-car ser v ic es are clo sely related to banking under the 1970 amendments to the Bank Holding Company Act. The Board on January 20 scheduled the hearing to commence at 10 a.m . in Room 1202 of the Federal R eserve Building in Washington.
