Association), New York, N. Y ., to serve during the year 1972 as the
member o f the Federal Advisory Council from the Second Federal R e ­
serve District. He will succeed J o h n M . M e y e r , Jr., form erly Chair­
man of the Board o f M organ Guaranty Trust Company o f New York,
New York, N. Y ., who has been this District’s member o f the Council
since 1970.
