E b e r le , a class B director o f this Bank since September 10, 1970, has resigned as a director, in view o f his recent appointment as President N ixon’s Special Representative for Trade Negotiations. A special election will be held by the member banks in Group 1 (those with capital and surplus o f more than $65,000,000) to elect a class B director to succeed Mr. Eberle and to hold office for the un expired portion o f his term, which ends December 31, 1973.
