Herewith we hand you facsimile signatures of those authorized to sign on behalf

Your attention is called to the hereinafter stated limitations upon the power to
sign for the bank and its Buffalo Branch.
All checks or drafts payable in foreign countries, and all foreign correspondence

H. DILLISTIN, Assistant Federal Reserve Agent and Manager of the
Bank Examinations Department, has resigned to accept the first vice-presidency of
the Peoples Bank and Trust Company, of Passaic, N. J., and his authority to sign
on behalf of or to act for this bank has expired.
