L a u b a director of the Buffalo Branch for a three-year term beginning January 1, 1970. Mr. Laub is President and Chief Executive Officer of Marine Midland Trust Company of Western New York, Buffalo, N. Y .; on the Branch Board he succeeds E. P e r r y S p i n k , Chairman of the Board, Liberty National Bank and Trust Company, Buffalo, N. Y. The Board of this Bank has designated R o b e r t S. B e n n e t t as Chairman of the Branch Board for the year 1970. Mr. Bennett, who is General Manager of the Lackawanna Plant of Bethlehem Steel Corporation, Buffalo, N.
