HAMILTON, Manager, Building Maintenance resigned and accordingly his authority to sign has expired. WILLIAM Department, has M. GRANT, Manager, Government Bond Department, has resigned and accordingly his authority to sign has expired. BETHUNE A. H. VAN SAUN, who was authorized to sign correspondence for B. M.
