Changes in Authority to Sign

To all Banks and Trust Companies
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Our circular No. 617 of July 15, 1924, containing facsimile signatures of those
authorized to sign on behalf of this bank is modified in the following respects:
A. HAMILTON, Manager, Building Maintenance
resigned and accordingly his authority to sign has expired.

accordingly his authority to sign has expired.
BETHUNE

A. H. VAN SAUN, who was authorized to sign correspondence for B. M. GRANT,
Manager, Government Bond Department, is no longer authorized to sign in that
capacity but will continue to sign per procuration as set forth in our circular No. 617.
