To All Banking Institutions, and Others Concerned,
in the Second Federal Reserve D istrict:

The following statement was made public November 15 by the Treasury Department:
The Treasury Department today announced the subscription and allotment figures with respect to
the current offering of 5 % percent Treasury Notes of Series A-1968, due February 15, 1968, and 5 % percent
Treasury Notes of Series B-1971, due November 15, 1971.
Subscriptions and allotments were divided among the several Federal Reserve Districts and the
Treasury as follows:
