ROUNDS, formerly Acting General Auditor, has been appointed General Auditor. L. R. ROUNDS, General Auditor, will sign: J J. J. FARNAN, who was authorized to sign per procuration and correspondence as set forth in our circular No. 548, died on December 8, 1923. H. S. ROBINS, who was authorized to sign as a holder of procuration and correspondence as stated on pages 7 and 8 of our circular No. 529, has resigned, and accordingly his authority to sign has expired. HENRY H. HOLLINGSHEAD, teller, who was authorized to sign certifications of checks, drafts and notes as stated on page 9 of our circular No. 529, has resigned, and accordingly his authority to sign has expired.
