Changes in Authority to Sign

To all Banks and Trust Companies
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Our circular No. 529 of February 1, 1923, as amended by circulars No. 548 of
May 1, 1923, and No. 571 of September 13, 1923, containing facsimile signatures of those
authorized to sign on behalf of this bank, is further modified in the following respects:

R. ROUNDS, formerly Acting General Auditor, has been appointed General

Auditor.

J. J. FARNAN, who was authorized to sign per procuration and correspondence
as set forth in our circular No. 548, died on December 8, 1923.
H. S. ROBINS, who was authorized to sign as a holder of procuration and correspondence as stated on pages 7 and 8 of our circular No. 529, has resigned, and accordingly
his authority to sign has expired.
HENRY H. HOLLINGSHEAD, teller, who was authorized to sign certifications of
checks, drafts and notes as stated on page 9 of our circular No. 529, has resigned,
and accordingly his authority to sign has expired.
WARREN MARCUS, J R . , is hereby authorized to sign per procuration, and to
sign certifications of checks, drafts and notes, but not otherwise, under the limitations
of our circular No. 529 as amended.
