In accordance with a ruling of the Federal Reserve Board, this dividend has been calculated at the rate of 6% per annum on all capital stock payments from the dates on which such payments were received by this bank to March 31, 1915, both dates inclusive, except that in the case of payments made prior to the due dates, November 2, 1914 and February' 2, 1915, it has been calculated from such due dates. No interest has been allowed on stock surrendered prior to the declaration of this dividend.
