Six Months Treasury Certificates Dated June 15, 1923 To all Banks, Trust Companies, Savings Banks, Bankers, Investment Dealers, Principal Corporations and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: According to an announcement by the Secretary of the Treasury, the subscription books for the current offering of $150,000,000, or thereabouts, of 4 per cent. Treasury certificates, dated June 15, 1923, due December 15, 1923, Series TD21923, closed at the close of business today, Wednesday, June 13, 1923.
