LESLIE R. ROUNDS, formerly Controller of Accounts, has been appointed Acting General Auditor, and in that capacity has authority to sign correspondence and reconcilements in connection with the work of the Auditing Department. He will not con- tinue to sign as Controller of Accounts. L. R. ROUNDS, Acting General Auditor, will sign: H. E. LOMBARD, formerly a holder of authority to sign per procuration, has resigned and accordingly his authority to sign has expired. J. J.
