FED ERAL RE SE R V E BANK O F NEW YORK Fiscal Agent of the United States r C ircu la r N o . 4 6 0 9 1 L Ju n e 10, 1958 J TREASURY’S CURRENT CASH OFFERING Subscriptions and Allotments To A ll Banking Institutions, and Others Concerned, in the Second Federal R eserve D is tr ic t: The follow in g statement was made public tod a y: The Treasury Department today announced the subscription and allotment figures with respect to the cash offering of $1 billion, or thereabouts, o f Sy^ percent Treasury Bonds of 1985, dated June 3, 1958, and maturing May 15, 1985. Subscriptions from savings-type investors were allotted 60 percent, subscriptions from commercial banks for their own account were allotted 40 percent, and all other subscriptions were allotted 25 percent. Subscriptions for $5,000 or less were allotted in full. Subscriptions for more than $5,000 were allotted not less than $5,000. In addition, $100 million were allotted to Government Investment Accounts. Subscriptions and allotments were divided among the several Federal Reserve Districts and the Treasury as follows: Federal Reserve D istrict Boston ............................
