The results o f the election are as fo llo w s : Cyrus M. H igley, P resident and T rust Officer, The Chenango County National Bank and T rust Com pany o f N orwich, N orwich, New Y ork, was elected by m em ber banks in G roup 3 as a class A director o f this B a n k ; and A u gu stu s C. L ong, Chairman, B oard o f D irectors, The T exas Company, New Y ork, New Y ork, was re-elected by member banks in Group 3 as a class B director o f this Bank.
