To all Member Banks and Nonmember Clearing Banks
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

We have been advised that The Citizens National Bank of Hammond, N. Y.,
which was closed on February 8, 1922, by order of its board of directors, will reopen
for business on March 29, 1922. We will, therefore, accept checks drawn on that
bank for collection as cash items on and after March 29, 1922.
