Reference is made to General Ruling No. 11, as amended, and to the definition of "enemy territory" in paragraph (4)(b) thereof. Corsica shall no longer be deemed to be "enemy within the meaning of that definition. territory" Attention is directed, how- ever, to the fact that Corsica continues to be territory of a blocked count ry.
