REDEMPTION FUND PAYMENTS Charter Numbers Requested from National Banks To each National Bank in the Second Federal Reserve District: In making your usual requests t h a t we arrange a payment to the Treasurer of t h e United States to reimburse the five per cent, fund for redeeming your bank note circulation, will you kindly include your charter number each time so t h a t we may report this information on and after December 20, 1921, to the Treasurer as recently requested by him. Reference is made to our circular N o . 315 for other details in connection with this matter, and to the request of the Treasurer of the United States made in his letter to the national banks dated October 10, 1921.
