The follow in g statement was made public toda y:
The Treasury Department today announced the subscription and allotment figures with respect to
the additional cash offering o f $750,000,000, or thereabouts, o f 3 percent Treasury Bonds of 1995,
maturing February 15, 1995. The offering was directed primarily to savings-type investors. Subscrip­
tions from this source equaled approximately the total amount of the offering. These subscriptions were
allotted 65 percent, and all other subscriptions were allotted 30 percent.
Subscriptions and allotments were divided among the several Federal Reserve Districts and the
Treasury as follows:
