Daylight Saving Time

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

Daylight Saving Time will be effective throughout the State of
New York from 2 a.m., Sunday, April 24, 1955, until Sunday, October
30, 1955.

During this period, the Head Office and Buffalo Branch

o f this Bank will operate on Daylight Saving Time, which will be
one hour in advance of Eastern Standard Time.
