Daylight Saving Time

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal Reserve District and Others Concerned:

Daylight Saving Time will be effective in the cities of New York
and Buffalo, New York, during the period from 2 a.m. on Sunday,
April 25, 1954, to 2 a.m. on Sunday, September 26, 1954. During this
period local time in the cities of New York and Buffalo, New York, will
be one hour in advance of Eastern Standard Time; this Bank will operate
on local time.
