P re sco tt, class A director, and class B director, whose terms expire December 31, 1951, has been duly held in accordance with the requirements of section 4 o.f the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and the provisions of Circular No. 3764, dated September 27, 1951. The results of the election are as follow s: F r e d e r ic P. A rm stro n g , President, The K eyport Banking Company, K ey port, N. J., was elected by member banks in Group 3 as a class this Bank; and Jay E. C ran e, A director of Vice President, Standard Oil Company (New Jersey), New York, N.
