Return to Standard Time

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal R eserve District and Others Concerned :

Th e period during which “daylight saving tim e” is effective in
the cities of New Y ork and Buffalo, New Y ork, will end at 2 a. m. Sunday,
Septem ber 26, 1948.

Thereafter this bank, including its Buffalo Branch,

will operate on Eastern Standard time.
