Return to Standard Time

To all Banks and Trust Companies in the Second
Federal R eserve D istrict and Others C oncerned:

The period during which “ daylight saving time” is effective in
the cities of New York and Buffalo, New York, will end at 2 a. m. Sunday,
September 29, 1946.

Thereafter this bank, including its Buffalo Branch,

will operate on Eastern Standard time.
